We're thrilled to announce a major Teamplify release – 360° feedback sessions, powered by team collaboration analysis and integrated with other Teamplify features – Team Analytics and Time Off Management.
360° feedback sessions are an essential part of regular performance reviews in many companies worldwide. But getting them right can be tricky and involves a fair amount of routine. We know this firsthand and designed this feature in Teamplify to streamline the process for everyone involved.

Based on team collaboration analysis, Teamplify automatically suggests colleagues who interacted most as feedback peers. It considers work on code, collaboration on tasks in your task tracker, and meetings. Those people who collaborated the most are usually the ones who can provide the most meaningful feedback, and Teamplify suggests them first.
You can enable work analytics to be shown side-by-side with human feedback for both feedback peers and feedback reviewers. Combining facts with opinions helps to minimize bias and get more accurate feedback.
"More data" isn't always better, and overloading your teammates with tons of feedback requests isn't the best strategy. HR experts agree that five feedback peers should be enough for most cases, and Teamplify makes it easy to take care of that. When creating a feedback session, you can see it from both sides – how many feedback requests your teammates will get and how many peers will provide feedback for each team member.
You can fine-tune who will be able to see feedback, either based on team roles or just by specifying concrete people. This information is always presented on the feedback form so that people have a visual confirmation – with whom they share their opinion.
To get started with 360° feedback sessions, click on the Feedback item in the main menu in Teamplify and create a new feedback session. For best results, we recommend that you check these prerequisites first:
