Member availability status approvals

Organization admins can now choose to require approval for certain availabilities.

Teamplify supports many types of working and non-working day statuses, which team members are free to set by themselves. By default, no status requires approval. However, some organizations need to have a more centralized way of handling availability. This update takes care of that.

The approval workflow is straightforward. As soon as a member changes their availability to a qualified status, Teamplify will let them know that it requires approval. Then all organization admins will receive an email notification that allows them to either approve or reject the request with a single click. Once the request has been processed, the person who submitted it will receive a notification by email.

You can enable approval for a status in Organization Settings.
