Connecting your Zoom Workspace unlocks Team Analytics and 360° feedback, and also allows you to use Zoom as a Single Sign-On provider.
See how your team works in Zoom through the Team Analytics dashboard. You can explore multiple views, including the Team Calendar and Collaboration Analysis.
Team Analytics data enhances 360° feedback sessions, providing greater visibility and helping reduce bias.
Teamplify's 360° feedback sessions become even more effective with Zoom data. By analyzing collaboration patterns in Zoom meetings, Teamplify can provide more accurate automated suggestions for feedback peers.
When giving or receiving feedback, human input is shown side-by-side with Team Analytics reports, offering a more comprehensive view of performance and helping reduce bias. Connecting Zoom not only enhances Team Analytics but also improves the quality and fairness of your 360° feedback sessions.
To use Zoom as your Single Sign-On (SSO) provider, first enable it in your Teamplify workspace settings. Once activated, your teammates can log in to Teamplify using their Zoom accounts.
With any Teamplify plan, you can connect as many integrations as you need. If you use multiple Zoom workspaces, or use Zoom alongside other online communication platforms like Google Meet, Slack, or Mattermost, you can connect them all to Teamplify and access unified analytics across all data sources.
Teamplify collects the following data from Zoom:
Please note that Teamplify does not have access to any meeting content, including audio, video, chat messages, whiteboards, or recordings. We only analyze the meeting metadata listed above.
Teamplify supports both workspace-wide and personal Zoom integrations. Here’s how they differ:
Some of your past Zoom meetings might not appear in Teamplify. This can happen for the following reasons:
To ensure your Zoom meetings are tracked in Teamplify as accurately as possible, make sure your Teamplify–Zoom integration remains connected and that meetings are always started by logged-in members of your Zoom organization.
To disconnect your Zoom workspace from Teamplify, go to your Teamplify workspace Settings > Integrations, select the Zoom integration, and click Disconnect. All the data that Teamplify has collected from your Zoom workspace will be automatically deleted within 48 hours.
Alternatively, you can uninstall Teamplify using Zoom Marketplace:
