Teamplify + Okta
Teamplify supports Okta as a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider.
-
Make sure you're logged in as an admin in your Okta instance, go to the
Teamplify app in the Okta Integration Network and click
Add Integration. Here's a quick link:
Connect Teamplify to Okta
-
Configure the application visibility and label, and finish the
application setup by clicking Done.
-
You'll be redirected to the newly configured Teamplify app. Click the
Sign On tab and find your Client ID and Client secret
in the Sign on methods section.
-
In your Teamplify workspace settings, go to Integrations and
select the Okta integration. Here's a quick link:
Finish Okta setup in Teamplify
-
Paste your Okta tenant URL, Client ID and
Client secret into the connection form in Teamplify and click
Connect.
-
On the Okta integration page, link your teammates' Okta Accounts
with their Teamplify profiles. Alternatively, each team member can
configure this directly in their Teamplify profile.
Once the Okta setup is complete, your teammates can sign in using Okta.
Just go to the
Sign In to Teamplify
page and click the Okta button.
Optionally, you can enable just-in-time user provisioning with Teamplify's
Self-registration feature:
-
Go to
Organization > Settings > Sign-in options.
-
Turn on Self-registration and enter your corporate email domain.
-
When a new user signs in, Teamplify will verify that their email address
matches your approved domain. If it does, Teamplify will automatically
create an account for them and grant access. New users are added with the
Organization Member role.
To disconnect Okta from Teamplify, go to your Teamplify workspace
Settings > Integrations, select the Okta integration, and
click Disconnect.
