Meeting time is precious. Teamplify replaces routine status updates with async written standups, automatically detects stalled tasks, and sends smart reminders and reports — all directly in Microsoft Teams, so your team stays in sync without the meeting overhead.

Keep everyone informed about time off

Teamplify notifies your team about vacations, sick days, and national holidays directly in Teams. And if someone mentions an unavailable teammate in a channel, the bot will automatically let them know when that person will be back.

Enforce team workflows and best practices

Teamplify tracks message and meeting counts in your Teams channels and surfaces activity stats on the team calendar and in the Analytics section, so you can see at a glance who's engaged and who might need your attention.
