Improved Member Calendar

This version includes one more of the series of improvements we made to the Team Calendar some time ago.

Now, the Member Calendar is mobile-friendly and has all the features of the Team Calendar, just applied individually to team members as well. This includes the ability to see the work activity data, daily and weekly status reports, and, of course, to manage member availability status with just a couple of clicks.

Check it out: go to your member's profile, click the Calendar tab, and then select any month.
