Annual billing is now available for Team and Business plans, saving you up to 25% compared to monthly pricing.
You might be wondering how we handle changes to team size on an annual billing cycle. As with monthly plans, we only charge for active users. Here's what happens when that number changes:
Previously, the Team and Business plans included a minimum of 10 and 50 users, respectively, and pricing reflected that. This is now gone. You can purchase either plan for any number of users, and you pay only for the seats you need.
The new Team and Business plans handle billing cycles slightly differently, so instant upgrades from legacy plans aren't available. However, we're happy to take care of it for you. Please contact our customer support and let us know which plan you'd like to switch to. Alternatively, you can cancel your current subscription, wait until the end of your current billing period, and then choose a new plan.
If you'd prefer to stay on your current plan, no action is required. Legacy plans will continue to work just as they do now, and we're not going to retire them anytime soon.
