Better Teamplify bot configuration: Team Workflows, Time Off, and more

October 27, 2025
Build #8630
Team Workflows

We've moved all related settings to a new dedicated section called Team Workflows:

Team Workflows

You can ask the Teamplify bot to help you keep your task tracker organized, notify you when developers haven't pushed code for too long, and more.

To enable Team Workflows for a specific team, select the team from the main menu and click Workflows. There, you can set up the rules that team members should follow and choose notification channels for alerts. You can also exclude certain team members from specific checks—for example, if you have a designer on your team, the "Push code regularly" rule likely doesn't apply to them, so it makes perfect sense to exclude them from that check.

If you'd like to enforce certain rules across the entire company, you can do so by enabling organization-wide Team Workflows. Click your workspace name in the main menu, then select Workflows. The rules enabled here will apply to all members across all teams and cannot be disabled at the team level.

Time Off Notifications

All Time Off settings are now consolidated under the Time Off tab, including the notifications about vacations, sick days, national holidays, and other availability statuses:

Time off policies
New Smart Standup options

Workspace-wide standups: You can now enable standups for all members of your Teamplify workspace, not just for a specific team. Simply click your workspace name in the main menu, then select Standup. It works the same way as a team standup.

Next-day reminder: If a report isn't submitted on time, a reminder will be sent the following day.

Note: If you previously used the Report and Report Missing notifications, they have now been replaced by standups and the Next-day reminder.
