New Collaborators Report

Our new "Collaborators" feature visualizes team member communication patterns. Located in the member profile, the "Collaborators" tab provides insights into recent member communication.

There you can see a list of member-to-member interactions and the issues where these interactions have been occurring. Understanding how collaboration happens in your team is an important part of team management and performance review. One of our favorite applications of the Collaborators report is identifying peers for our 360° review who could provide the most helpful feedback.
