Multiple Teamplify workspaces

In the cloud version of Teamplify, users can belong to multiple workspaces. To switch between them, click the three-dots icon next to the workspace name in the main menu.

Shared across workspaces

For users who belong to multiple workspaces, some information is shared across all of them, while other data remains specific to each workspace. The following information is shared:

Full name, Email, Avatar, Date of Birth
Country and Timezone
Commit emails
Additional sign-in options (linked SSO accounts)
Working schedule
Time off requests ¹

¹ While time-off requests are shared, time-off balances may vary between workspaces because each workspace calculates them independently based on its own policies.

All other user information not listed above is specific to each workspace.

Cloud only

This feature is available exclusively in the Teamplify Cloud. Unlike the cloud version, Teamplify On-Premises supports only one workspace per installation.
